taking the bribe from the people

first of all i am Pakistani and a true and my request for that in our city first they blocked their CNIC CARD and then they cleaned the way for bribe if it is in law of Pakistan and the higher community are involved then ok if they are not then take action on this please for the sake of allah i requested to you all
