verification of watan card from nadra

sir i received my watan card but i dont received the money. and the UBL main branch said that your watan card is not verified. thefore it is requested in your honour the verifie my watwn card and send them to the UBL.

Dear Sir,

My name is Haji Nazar Gul s/o Muhammad Hussain r/o Village Deheri Tehsil Alpuri District Shangla NIC No.15501-2238426-1. My name is on the recorod of the Flood Effected Eara list and my NIC No was written worng on the record becouse of this my Watan Card not been recived. It is therefore requisted that my NIC No may be correct on the recorod and Issued to me Watan Card may NIC No is written on the second line please correct my NIC No.
