dear sir i recive my watan card having no 6006484348042000. but it has not been activate plz sir ativate my watan card as soon as posible thanks

I Request to you that i m marriede sence last 6th years ,
But my Pakistan card is not activate ,my CNIC No 4420564101581 . zahid Farooque S/O Abdul Khalique. Distt: Sanghar,
So plz activater my Pakistan card.

I shal b very thanks to you for this act and kind ness,
