Watan Card not issu to me.

Dear Sir my name is Saeed Ahmad S/o Khuda Bux (Late) I am married and having children. My CNIC # is: 32203-4798477-7 at resident of Present Address: Moza Sumra Naseeb P/o Lodhra, Patti Shumali Layyah (Punjab) and I am flood affected but my name is not entertained in Wattan Card.
Please issue me Watan card so that I may become able to get help of Flood victim.
