Watan card not issue after passing more thhan two months

My Name is Muhammad Ishaq and I am resident of Cha Tahlywala, Alored, Post Office Mehmood kot, Tehsil Kot Adu, District Muzaffargarh. In recent flood my house was completely destroyed. I ahve applied for Watan card on 30.09.2010 but after passing almost two months I ahve not received my watan card. Kindly look into the matter and expedite the process and oblige.
