WATAN Card Not Received till upto time

I Naeem Zada belong to Moh: Shamir Ghari Nowshera kalan Tehsil & Distt Nowshera during the July 2010 flood my house was completly damaged & Collapsed, but i & my family mean brother, sister mother, nor received watan card which is not understood. please submit my complaints to higher authority to set a side this problem i will be highly obliged my name already included in the patwari list during the servey of partwai, but still my watan card were not issued which is not understood i am a poor man residing with my widow mother i request again to approach higher authority to resolve my & my family problems, thanks My CNIC No. 17201-2274855-7.17201-53057093, 17201-2637025-6
