ISSUING A WATAN CARD

Sir , it is stated that i belong to flood area of D.I.KHAN village kachi kathgarh tehsil pahar pur , my name is written in the list but due to some or other problem my name is not placed in the computer list i am waiting for registration i complaint in every office (colecter office, D.C.O office , A.C.O office).and at last i complaint on the website . i am a poor man i requist for watan card registration as soon as possible thanks.
