Wateen Complaints - Net was down

net stop working on my connection for 4 hours i check the device. device r worling properly but net is no connected plz check my complain

Yes its true.I face this problem too(signal are gone,slow net speed and sometimes my internet locked automatically from server).So no wateen anymore because i have broadband 1 mb/unlimited(just for 700 rs/month).Download speed 800 kb-1.5 mb and upload speed 80-110 kb(remember i post video proof for speed in youtube already).Broadband rocks :)

I am facing very low speed, some time it disconnected but signal were 4. Please try to make it good.

from last week its "shows service not found" and also doing huge complaints no one of its technical staff solve my issue........

I bought Wimax Usb Device on 16 of april, Few days it works good not best, but on 23rd april it is just searching the network nothing else i complaint many times but everyone answers that it will resolve shorlty. Four days passed but the short time still never passed. I think that this is due to lazu services of staff. If you want to know more then contact me on 03025059015

You are lucky that got the response in 16 hours, my complaint was not being addessed for 4 days.

poor customer service.

By installing wateen at my home I have opened a real source of tension and waste of money,in last few months that I have wateen most of the time it was down.

wateen wi max not working about three day ...
