My brother in law has applied for Nicop atleast a month back and on line it shows rejected MNIC card to a layman iwe dont understand the reason please explain if the requirement is for mothers nicop then she was not a pakistani died in 1905 in India his receipt no is 1903941 name is HAQUE/MOHAMED HASHAM UL
