I'm Father of the applicant. I applied first week may 2011 for nicop for my son from new york Consulate, they forward the application to Nadra in pakistan Islamabad in june 27th 2011. I kept in touch weekly with NADRA for process, by Augest 8th 2011. I was dispatched out, I have not received the card. I was paid in full amount of charges and home dilervery. the form number is ZU040835, and the Receipt number is 1974240. the applicant name is Mohammad Aaban Mughan. please try to find out what happend to the card, this is third time happend for lost of nicop card and I have been paying extra each time to apply for dublicate, for NADRA misstake.
