Non delivery of consignment

My consignment, a bank card from HBL, was booked in early September 2019, and I received a message from the bank about it having been dispatched through TCS, along with a tracking number, but I did not receive it even till October.

When I tracked my parcel through the tracking number that had been given to me, I found that it was sent back to the sender with the remark 'receiver has changed the address and has shifted somewhere else'. After this, I called my bank's helpline and found out that my parcel had been resent to me, and was given a new tracking number.

However, I once again received nothing till the 10th of October. Tracking my parcel revealed that it was in the TCS office. I called TCS's helpline to ask when I would get it. A lady on the phone informed me that I could receive it by 7 pm but no one came to deliver it, and after 1:00 am when I checked the tracking number again, there was a remark saying that receiver was not available. The next day, there was another remark of 'incomplete address'.

I registered a complaint to TCS and they provided me with a complaint number 3152807, but practically they did not take any action and neither did they help me by getting my parcel to me, although all of my family members and even myself in the past have received consignments on this same address, recently too.

TCS staff misguides customers. My parcel has been sent back to the bank yet again now with the remark incomplete address. What should I do now?

My consignment, a bank letter from Faysal Bank I registered a complaint to TCS and they provided me with a complaint number 3163455 but practically they did not take any action and neither did they help me by getting my parcel to me, although all of my family members and even myself in the past have received consignments on this same address, recently too.TCS staff misguides customers. My parcel has been sent back to the bank yet again now with the remark incomplete address. this is totally fake reason please investigate this as soon as possible. What should I do now? i am waiting fro my parcel kindly return it. investigate your concern department or person who can attach behind this thank you.
