NON ISSUENCE OF WATAN CARD

Sir I belong to flood effected aera also the victom of flood but NADRA didn't issue my watan card.I am needy of that card to recover my life,So please issue me that card.
My CNIC No is 32303-0810570-7.
I will be very thankful to you and your this kindness.
