Attention Mr.Gauhar Tabish C.E.O KESC KARACHI.Iam very much diappointed with your Complaint Format which does not serve the purpose of General consumer which quite adverse to your assurance of vertically integrated power utility to all residents and your vision and mission.The jumper of electric pole of my residence B-268 Block-14 Gulistan-e-Johar Karachi has become partially damaged.Kindly look into.With best regards.
