Sir,
Although I am old aged, sick, feeble having large family to support in the era of sky rakiting inflation and one of most flood affectees belonging to Kashmore/Jacobabad Distrcit, but yet I am shown as not eligible for watan card. Kindly have mercy upon miseries and enlist me as eligible to receive watan card. CNIC No. 431039853889
