Dear sir.
my name is muhammad saleem s/o Hazoor bukhsh i am head of my family and also married and also having one baby we are badly affected by flood our houses have destroy by flood my father have receive watan card but my name is not in nadra list therefore i have not receive watan card till yet kindly issue me watan card i am fully elligible to receive watan card ADRESS; Basti gopang nawan dera p/o murad pur junoobi tehsil alipur district muzafar garh CNIC NO ;42000-1256471-3

there is a mistake while regisrering my id card no the correct no is 17301-3274855-9 while it has been written as 17301-3274855-0 plz verify and correct
