I am complaining here because I think no one in PTCL is interested in their customers' problems.
My problem? no upload speed Therefore it is impossible to send attachments with my mail. I must have complained at least ten times but to no avail. I am told that the fault is not with PTCL but with my System and that too after a long wait of 15 minutes or so each time. And I am not counting the calls that were aborted after 10 or 15 minutes in frustration.
I have requested a visit by their technical staff on numerous occasions but so far the response has been the same: the problem is at my end. I must add that I have re installed Windows at least three times with no result. Yet they continue to insist that the problem is at my end.
I don't think the staff at PTCL are serious about their business as long as they get paid for doing absolutely nothing. The day some one sets targets for performance for every employee of PTCL we will see an improvement. But who will bell the cat? Isn't it fun to simply live and let live? Or you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours...
