PIA Poor service

Dear Chairman PIA,
I am Malik Irfan Ahmed Kasi, working for an international NGO called Concern Worldwide Pakistan. Its an Irish Organization working over 34 countries round the globe.
I have to travel from Sukkur to Karachi last night having PNR No. JGBYUB / PK and the flight no. was PK 0541 N having seat no. 27A. It is intimated with serious concerns that a piece of glass was found inside the cake piece served during the flight. As more than 50% passenger in the said flight were from NGOs sector and many were international staff / foreigners, I keep the esteem of so call national Air lines “PIA” and didn’t raised my complaint at the spot to provide cover in front of foreigners. Had it been an international flight or other country the entire team/cru must have been grounded. Evidence of the incident is Mr. Asim, Commandant Pakistan Navy, contact no. 0300-2372071 and can be contacted to verify the event.
In addition since this flight was right after aftar and no proper system for the provision of meal was available. Boiler for tea was out of order and no juices were offered.
In additional to that today again when I was flying from Karachi to Quetta having PNR No. LJYDVF and flight no. was PK523 and seat no. 2, economy plus class, again I had to face music due to incapable and careless management of staff. My luggage was left at Karachi without informing me. When we arrived Quetta, I was informed that since the craft was getting overloaded therefore we had to leave few luggages at Karachi Air port and I will be informed in the evening. The question raises there is, “Is it possible the craft was getting overloaded since each passenger is allowed to carry max of 20Kg” and if yes than why this flight was used for cargo of fisheries, which was purely business transaction. It was a passenger craft not a cargo and why fisheries cargo was prioritized over the passenger luggage of a economy plus class who had already paid extra for the journey.. When we wanted to ask these questions from competent authorities at Quetta Air port, they denied to me us.
We were told that we will be informed later in the evening to collect your luggage, yet at 9pm I haven’t received any call from them, on my telephonic query at Quetta (on contact no. +92-81-2880028 & 2880272) PIA Office I was informed that I will receive my luggage the next day. I am getting frustrated due to mismanagement of PIA management where they can’t even justify the level of highly paid executives that they can’t even manage their related departments. This also questions the recruitment and selection process and standard to PIA.
It shows the PIA concern and behaviors of customer relation and care for safety of passenger and quality of services provided to Pakistani customers. I don’t understand the purpose of PIA logo which states “Great people to fly with” indeed it should have been “stupid/incapable people to fly with” or something like “to insult people to fly with”.
I would expect PIA concern authorities should take serious action with result orientation outcomes in shape of penalty & accountability through transparent method to save the Pakistan nation from these serious in human acts and are already been exploited with national air lines monopolist through charging high fares.
I would also expect that PIA would avoid such in human accidents. It is our responsibility to highlight such events in national print media to elaborate the performance of their white elephant. I am also forwarding this e-mail to DAWN, GEO and Express to develop proper complaint mechanism to avoid such acts by informing nation to take care themselves during all PIA rights.

PIA response on this will be highly appreciated and provide proof of their capacity, capability, efficient, effectiveness and justify them self and their salaries, which is being paid by us.
