I went to Pizza hut’s new outlet at Boat Basin yesterday and came across one of the staff members who behaved very rudely during an argument over a billing issue. I haven’t come across such impolite behavior towards a customer in any local eatery, let alone at an esteemed multinational restaurant such as Pizza Hut. When I lodged a complaint at Pizza Hut’s UAN number, I was redirected to the same branch’s restaurant manager who glossed over the incident without even apologizing or tried to locate the responsible staffer. I am very disappointed in Pizza Hut’s response to this incident.

Dude, you meant boat basin, right :D
The imported food outlets came to Pakiland but didnt bring the great customer service along. Our local shalwar qamiz waiter behave way better than these imported bow-tie waiters.
