MOBILINK Complaints - poor customer service - unable to update address

It's been 2.5 years that I've been requesting Mobilink customer service to update my address in their database, still to no avail. It's strange that I receive my bills on the right address but any other communication from other departments go to my old Karachi address. This shows that their system is not computerised with a central database as they claim. I've made formal complaints at least half a dozen times and twice they even called me back to confirm it has been updated. Yet it stays the old one to date. I've given up now. What is one to do!

They are prompt to update the "billing address" but dont care much about the addresses for other communication. they know if the billing address isnt correct, bills wont be paid on time. why can't they simply follow the same prompt process for updating all addresses? it shows that they can easily do it but just don't care enough to do it. ive seen this with some banks too.
Well my bro just got his shit taken care of. Our experience is different, my brother spoke to the agent and then the call got transferred to a supervisor. Within 4 hours we had a call back from them and BS was taken care of. Well sometimes it is a drag!
