Sub: Complain regarding meter reading.

Dear Sir,

With due respect I beg to state that I am raising complain on the meter reading, which KESC is not taking on monthly basis of my house only due to which I am receiving bill on average. I paid Rs.5600/= for the month of march 2010, after this when complain has been raised we have been said by KESC officer that from now on you will definitely have to person on door to check & note the meter reading but unfortunately the same thing happens no one from KESC came to note the meter reading & again this month we are facing the same problem. The meter reader didn’t come on my home to note the meter reading.

Mr. Faisal Ahmed (BOD) is not responding on the above said issue & for the month of April the KESC person came and note the meter reading. Unfortunately the adjusted Bill had come amount of Rs.5200/=. I am not that much capable to pay the huge about of Rs.5200/= which I had this month. Sir Neither my Average bill has been correct nor the billing amount. Please take this matter into account as your help will be highly appreciated in this regard.

Now you tell me what i do now.

Dear Sir,

I am not that much capable to pay the huge about of Rs.89,600/= which I had this month. Sir Neither my Average bill has been correct nor the billing amount. Please take this matter into account as your help will be highly appreciated in this regard.

House # A-262, Block "T" north Nazimabad Karachi. Kindly check their meters. their bill was not excced from 1800 ~ 2000 Rs. I think they made some chganges on their electric meter.

we too are facing the same problem for the past 6 months.have launched several complains but KESC turned deaf ear.we have 4 meters in our premises,and they are sending huge amount as bill for every meter,interesting thing is that though the bills are on average,but the no. of units billed is increasing everymonth.

Dear Sir,

I would like to state that two meters were installed on JANUARY 2017 at my following residence bearing nos.SAT10694 and SAT10695.
But since then, I am receiving monthly bill of meter no.SAT10695 only (copy of last paid bill is enclosed), whereas not a single bill of meter no.SAT10694 is received so far. When inquired from your billing section, they stated that they have not yet received file of this meter no.

As a responsible citizen, I like to pay my dues on time, but due to non availability of bill, I cannot pay my dues. I have checked your website also to download bill from there, but unfortunately, account of second bill does not exist.

Please urgently send me the bill for payment keeping in mind that paying bill of multiple months altogether is troublesome for any consumer specially who is not willful defaulter and who always want to remain a star customer which always pays his dues on time.

Looking forward for an urgent action at your end.
