i got new dsl 2mb but its not showing 2mb showing 1mb

Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps): 1024
they have to show upstream kbps 512 its not showing why

I have also 2Mbps dsl package and recently replace and buy a new adsl modem from ptcl for Rs.3000/- but after 10-15 days my model shows downstream 5895 and upstream 253 on ADSL Status. Where as on speed test it shows 2048Kbps download speed and 144kbps upstream, after 1 and 1/2 month my complaint is unresolved.

my telephone no. is 042-36634576 is out of order and from the last 4 days i am continously giving follow up but there is no action still taken againt my complaints.
it should be resolved
