WIth Respect to inform you that after many complain and reminders above two PTCL connections have not been restore since one year. We are the commercial organization and frequently usage of communication level is too high.we are continously paying monthly bills of line rent even we have no been facilitated the telephone service of PTC. you are therefore requested to look into the matter and arrange to restore of our above mentioned telephone connectons at your earliest. Further more we several complain to DE SITE and DG Clifton but regart to inform you that the problems are still not solve.
