PTCL & DSL Connection not yet installed

PTCL Connection have been applied about 3 or 4 months ago, but the concerned B. Manager (Mr.Jamal i think ) ask me to cancel your order cause the boxes are not available in your area.after receiving call from your head office the lineman came to my apartment and said; if you want the connection you have to pay me 3000 because some extra work required here. i live in KHI Shamsi Society.I Am Fatir Ali.. CNIC No. 42301-3901905-5..
