My dsl is down for more than 24 hours. I tried to register complain at 1218.
They dont even bother to pick phone. In 24 hours, i called more than 40 times in different time. Tape keep saying that operators are busy, even at midnight.
If they have some sort of server down problem then they should run tape stating about problem rather they dont pick phone.
My exchange is Peoples colony no.1, Faisalabad. Staff need to be pushed by managers. look likes ptcl is reverting back to old ptcl(20 years bacl ptcl)

Dear sir. I have also same problm.When i try 1218 Always i did not find ansawr.my no is 0995612112 -an other number is joint with me- so we both number is in trubl.we can not listen properly.please solve my problom.
