A very Slow Speed

Telephone number 0546509086 . I have been using dsl for last 3 years . but since November 2011 the speed is very slow. i have complaint 1218 many times. but there is no response. The downloading speed is just 30kps per second. If my dsl problem is not solved. then i will apply for disconnect my ptcl connection. Thank u
