This is an absolute disgrace that PTCL being a huge company has fallen down to its lowest levels of Customer service, i applied for a PTCL service about a year ago. I called them thrice and even told them on Dawn Lifestyle Expo Exhibition held at Expo Center that i have still not received my landline no and connection. Although i didn't recieve the PTCL landline i received a piece of paper which said i owe PTCL 1500 rupees(bill).
I called PTCL helpline and lodged a complain and the representative said we'll give a response in 24 hours after investigating. It has been 48 hours and i still didnt get any reply.
I dont understand that in such times where customer service drives ur company and generates the revenue, PTCL has no sense of handling the customers.
