ptcl Complaints - bordband ptcl

i have also 1mbps speed due to week signals my downstream rate become very slow and i have complained 60 to 100 times but ptcl customer sirvice too much bad .......i hate this...

My problem is different. I get okay downlload speed (around 250 to 300 kbps but my upload speed is zero. As a result I cannot attach any file to my mails. Also, I cannot upload data and files if I want to.
I have complained a hundred times.
First: it is impossible to talk to someone on 1218 unless you have the patience to wait for 15 minutes or so.
Second: they are simply not interested in helping you. I have been told that my system had a problem and that I should reinstall Windows. I have done that a number of time to no effect. I have asked PTCL to send someone to my place to see what the problem is - no response.
Third: I believe that PTCL have such a large customer base that they are not bothered about a few hundred complaints.
Fourth: I am coming to the conclusion that they have no competent technical people.
Five: I do not think any one in PTCL bothers to read comments such as this - or if they do, they do not understand them.
