salam sir,
sir our dsl broad band is not working for last 3 month i have tried my best to solve this problem by calling 1218 but they give no positive response
if this is the way to help customer then i think we do not need to activate the dsl braod band servise for internet
changed my double-up package to broad band 4 MB internet package about 5 days back. PTCL told me that it will take 7 working days for full recovery of my package. I at least need 2 MB for my work, I am getting only max 40 Kb at the most.PTCL representatives tells me that the underground cable is not upto the specifications for the high speed internet. My question for them is that why dident they tell me this at the initial stages when I was subscribing for the double-up package which was supposed to at least have 1 MB. I need that my problem be solved and at least be provided with the 4MB package for which I am paying since the last 8 to 9 months
