Subject:APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF BILL AMOUNT OF PTCL AND DSL CONNECTION TYPE
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a student of university of Agriculture, Faisalabad and live in Sadiq Abad.
On 24th of September, I received call from PTCL representative
(051-1236) on my number 068-5800841. The representative told me that PTCL
have launched an affordable DSL package with the coordination of an NGO.
(Speed: 1Mb, Unlimited download, Package charges. 300, no hidden
charges). Your representative told me that this package
will be either permanent or will be for a longer period of time.
After confirming each and every aspect of that package, On
26th of September, I called at 080080800 and placed order for new 1Mb DSL
connection in Rs. 300. As the PTCL records each and every call, you may check
and confirm the details by listening that recording.
Now, I received bill according to 1MB normal package (Package charges
Rs. 1199), which is totally wrong. (I want to clear one thing that I was given the DSL connection at 17th of Octoberbut PTCL have charged the bill for the whole month.It is unfair)
After receiving bill, I called
080080800 and ask to resolve the above issue, after checking my DSL
status the representative told me that on my number 1MB normal package is
activated, and your bill is correct according to your DSL status. But
I never applied for the normal package(Rs 1199 per 1 MB), I clearly applied for 1MB package whose charges were Rs. 300/month. I know that PTCL is an organization with good fame. But, the mistake done by the representative of the
PTCL is not good for its fame. I request you to resolve the problem.

Sub: Wrong Billing on Telephone No. 5313749 – Installed on Classic Package
Dear Sir,
Since last four days, I made 4 visits to your office for correction of the wrong bill issued to us after several visits today I was asked to come with an application.
Inspite of the classic package I subscribed in the first bill Line Rent was charged other charges Rs. 750/- was charged although phone was installed on 28th January on the pretext of Elections. In Billing month of Feb package charges was given which is OK but net local call charges given as Rs. 494/ again Local Call charges as Rs. 159 and NWD call charges as Rs. 106/
Although 500 Local Charges and 500 NWD Call charges are free.
Thus charges of Jan Rs. 61.74 on account of Line Rent and other charges of Rs. 750/ and for Feb charges net local call charges given as Rs. 494/ again Local Call charges as Rs. 159 and NWD call charges as Rs. 106/ is against the package offered by PTCL. Total wronged bill charges : Rs. 1570.74 which will ultimately reduce Fed of Rs. 132 and Net WH Tax of Rs. 110/- levied.
Kindly deduct the wrong charges so that I could make payment.

After reading this complain im became in trouble because im also has apply for 300rs package as your sale representative call on my ptcl no im from quetta n my phone no is 0812449456 on the name of Rashid Mehmood kindly see this and send me a proper bill becoz im student and whole house is depend on me im doing a job at Pvt company im not able to pay 1100 as that friend has said ptcl broad band send him that much dues this is the lose of your company and totally wrong kindly read this and confirm on me on my id or 03327852886 its my cell no

Sir, I also have 1MB connection that is also so disturbing that I am forced to say this package as BORE BAND. Ptcl should think on it seriously and act upon the plan to speed it up otherwise it shall flop very soon, resulting people shall be forced to leave it and this will soon demolish the whole setup Inshallah. IF YOU HAVE A LITTLE HONOUR FOR PAKISTAN DO IT IN A RIGHT WAY AS QUAID AZAM APPEALED TO THE PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU.
YOU ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE CREATING TROUBLE FOR PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY. THIS IS THE VOICE OF PEOPLE.

I was an employee of PTCL. i applied for new fon connection and DSL online.i did not have any call from bastard men of 051-1236 mera lunf...then after some days i went to the xchange of my area and taked them and reapplied from that gando exchange. exchange bharway said that i will recieve the call from 051 (mera kala lund) 1236 . but same, no call from this behn chod number.since it is 1 month no call from 1236 aja ghuss...main PTCL kai headquaters gaya and said this is an employee situation what u do treat other common people, ittesalat company dismissed me from my job...and i also un ko llund per charha diya..now i use witribe and thats great..maaaan ki chood in ptcl walo ki
