Broadband not working properly.

My No is 4314341 name M.Nazir ahmed get the service of ptcl PTCL Broad band but unfortunately not working up to mark as promted through media campaign.
Just chanting slogan is not act of businees but satisfying the consumer needs is total perfection.I Personnaly complianed various times but contians no response.

Just Let me know:
Is this the right way to do business ?
Is this contain any valid reason ?

How much time u people will take to resolve the compalint?
Can i expect call from your end on my no just to inquire my reservations?
