The above telephone Number got disconected alot of time in a day and DSL installed on my line is also out of order from a weak.I already make complaints #80,210.
Please resolve my problem permanently .

i am Facing Problem from last 4 month ..
Dear all,
PTCL tease its customers by showing their utmost non-serious behavior. their customer support is worst dn any other company. I once experianced it and terminated the connection after 47 days. In those 47 days, the Dsl worked hardly for 10 days. Despite of my infinite complaints, they never came to my site.
I switched to Link.net, from last three months i am using LDN Dsl and its amazing. I just call them and they collect the bill from anywhere i want.
New connection of phone and dsl was installed aginst my request on 11-05-2011, but till today browsing could not be done because of errors. I have made a contact on complants 1218 and further receives so many calls by dsl department for asureing that connection will be resored within 48 hours,but so many hours were gone i,m still waiting for the restoration.Kindly take notice of my complaint.
