i was bubmitted application last year for new connection i not achive connection
but two bill i recieved without connection and when i went for complain for that and i was told i dont want that connection pls cancel that application ptcl employes told me you have to pay the bill before canceling the application when i was protest employes sayed bhai aisa hi hota hay
