DSL not working

I am the resident of 269 F-Block Sabzazar scheme multan Road Lahore. My land line number is 042-37496169. My DSL is not working for the more than 15 days. Helpline number(1218) is not responding properly. I also called their office number 042-37843040 and 042-37820018 for complaint, But no one is responding. For the last month i have to pay 1199 rupees for this facility inspite of problematic DSL. Plz solve this problem immidiately.

Please send me you DSL Modem Status its Make model light status as well as your phone line is working or not. also send me compliants detail which you registered through 1218 or any other way.

dsl bar bar beep karte hai line clear nahen net slow hai status nahen ata fone buzy hojate hai
