I have called for dsl to ptcl no 1218 three time Mr Farhan attended the call after waiting 10 minutes and connected to the configration department no one given any responce even after holding the line 22-49 to 11-41 pm. after dropping the call i again called at 1218 Mr haseeb attended the call when i asked the reson that why the representative of ptcl not attending the call the answer of Mr haseeb was thta you have to hold the call further two hours.if you are sincear to ptcl you must have to improve your service and also improve the language of your employes like Mr Haseeb

Salaam, I would say, ptcl. staff is a bundle of trash, should be dug in deep earth. They are all so rotten stuff, the smell out of them spread all over Pakistan. That rotten stuff should be wiped out instantaneously other wise many kinds of fatal diseases will hold catch of others.
