My Broad Band Internet Connection Telephone # 042-7460087, is lying un-serviceable for the last 10 day (26th April 2009) Numerious Complaints on help line 1218, written / personal complaint with Customer Service Centre (Complaint #149, afterward 116) have yield no result.
It is mentioned with concern that i am deprived of the Net Service & charges for the un-serviceablility period are being debited to me.
In view of above, it is requested that the net connection may be rendered serviceable withour futher delay and charges for the un-serviceable period may be waived-off
if the state of affairs is not improved, i may be allowed to withdraw the connection hencefoth.
