With reference to subject referred information I want to portray your attention toward deliberate irresponsible attitude of concerned complaint receiving department i.e. 1218, but my continual complaints are all gone in vain. This is highly regretted that the government can go to this alarming degree of intentional delay and remain irreconcilable after the time span of two months.
Can your highness give one good reason why a high level scrutiny should not be launched against your pseudo complaint networks responsible for the recompense of public grievances at any cost? So owing to your diametrically opposed concerns I may send my complaints to all top level government departments.
It’s your duty bound obligation to get public resentments reinstated promptly.
You people are supposed to honor the public problems at utmost priority and dispose of all discrepancies immediately.
I will remain indebted to your kind and reciprocated action.

I have a complaint my download speed is fine but my upload speed's really low i have 2mb net but i get 10 - 20 kbps upload please help my ph # 021-34620583 or 021-4620573 (Excluding the 3)
I agree with complaint. I have been complaining for a number of months but no response except automated message that your phone has been checked and I am asked to press 1 to confirm. My phone number 051-2291386. I have subscribed for 4Mb dsl connection and my complaint is for poor quality of internet connection and low volume of telephone sound. No rectification has ever been made inspite of my complaint to PTA. Following is the text of my complaint;
My internet Package is of 4MB DSL. I am not getting quality service. Inspite of repeated requests I have not been able to get improvement in my net connection. SmartTV service has not been provided to me in response to my repeated requests. It is my right to get the quality service as a subscriber and citizen of Pakistan because I am paying heavily for this service. Secondly, PTCL linemen have diagnosed, that my telephone line is rusty and for that reason lot of noise is generated beacuse of current leaks. My SNR (Signal to noise ratio) is in the range of 5.5 - 6.5. Other parameters, such as rate of transmission, also go on fluctuating. It is requested to The Esteemed PTA to get my problem resolved on priority basis. Please remove my furstration and I shall be thankful to The Authority. You can call for log of my complaints please. To my complaint The Director Consumer Protection Directorate PTA Headquarters required the following;
Complaint No. CPD/10/P/19794
1. Kindly redress the poor QoS issues faced by the complainant with regard to services. Compliance report on the matter shall be forwarded to this office by 06 September 2010 please.
2. Copy of all correspondence/ status reports related to the enclosed complaint shall be communicated simultaneously to the complainant and this office by the stipulated date please.
An expeditious and logical redressal of the consumer grievance at your end shall be appreciated.

easy load on 6-2-11 of RS_50 and easy load on 7-2-11 of RS_50 next day full balance was washed,complant was recevied to mobilink. they replied me to, that dear customer we have checked and found no disdrepancies in your biling.

cp installer babar and waqas can not pay serious attention.
