PTCL Broad band Sinking Problem

From a Past month i am having the problem with my DSL that Dsl light on modem vanish away...:(
and net speed become too slow...
i complained to the ptcl through phone (automatic complain) they will fix the problem but after a day that problem again starts :(
I am facing this from a month...:(
