I am in Karachi Defense Phase1. My internet connection has been unstable for the last 3-4days. It would disconnect from time to time (without any power fluctuation), would give me high ping making it impossible to stream a video or play any online game. By restarting the modem, the performance improves for a few minutes before going back the problem mentioned.

I have 4mb PTCL Broadband connection from Gulistan-e-Johar exchange in Karachi. Over the last 2 to 3 days my internet has stopped working for many website EXCEPT for the website that are owned by google or facebook or twitter.
There seems to be a serious technical issue going on. As usual the people behind the desk at PTCL broadband do not respond timely manner and it causing us a lot of problems especially the folks that need the internet access for their professional work.
PTCL braodband if you are reading this please correct this issue.
