I have been writing with stress that I have been over charged for my broadbrand services. They do this 3 to 4 times a year. Every time they apologize and adjust the bill. But, this process takes 3,4 months and frequent visits to their office. This time since December 2017, they increased my data limit again without my request and every month I visit them they charge the bill after reducing additional charges but next month bill comes again with Arrears in it. Please I would like to request you to play your role. PTCL is free to generate fake revenue and their staff agreed on this. I believe thousands of Pakistani's are suffering from such issues.
