broadband and landline not working since 2 months

Dear sir,

I have a problem with my ptcl broadband and landline connection since 2 months, my number is 02134021252.
many times i complaint at ptcl call center but still problem is not resolved.Internet is diconnecting continously after 2 or 3 minutes and landline is dead.
kindly resolve my problem i will be very thankfull to you.
