Hi,
I had a 2MB account. Earlier when PTCL provided the connection the conenction was of 1 M. After many complaints and long hours of waiting by calling to 1218 (It took me 2 hrs jsut to register the complaint), they upgraded to 2MB. Which means PTCL has robbed me initially of around half the month by not providing me teh service which requested.
Now, the It has been quite a long time since PTCL have upgraded the connections of 2MB to 4 MB. I called 1218 again 2 hrs at one instant and 4 hrs continously on other instant but they never had any customer care person available, so i decided to register my complaint through PTCL WEBSITE. I complained there 7 time continously that my account has not upgraded but no body listened. Every time i complained a person from customer care called me and tell me that in their Database my connection is 4MB, but i tell them that this is not the actual case and your database is wrong, the person on the other side would always say that "your complaint will be resolved in 24 hrs" and then nothing.
Now, this is the way of their customer service. They are not providing any service to customers at all. I think we all should boycott PTCL Broadband unless they improve and give us what we have opted for and what they have promised.
I am closing my connection of PTCL because of attitude of customer service people and because they failed to provide what they promise.
I may pay higher to nexlinx or link dot net, but i know that they have much better customer relationshi[p than PTCL, and when i call them they will pick up and listen and do the appropriate thing within 24 hrs.

I BILAL,and i am a student, give you in notice that my PTCL number 04237706630 is disconnected since couple of days inspite of complaining regularly to local PTCL centre, no postive actions are taken from them for my complain. Hoped you would take immediate actions against this PTCL centres as they resolve my matter soon.
