this is my 2nd mail.i hope u will take action .i take the ptcl dsl connection 2 months ago.and it is not working from the start.i have registered a complaint but no action has been taken till now.and moreover the dsl line man of the wapda town exchange and the officers even donot know how to treat the customers they use harsh language.i have also complaint to the asst.manager mr. zeeshan at the township exchange that these people of wapda town exchange are not solving my problem or had use a harsh language but he has not taken any action inspite of my continous complaint.plzzzzzzzz take action or sugest what shoud i do.waiting for reply

The case has been long prolonging, due to fiber damage, I regret to inform you that I have not get any positive response yet??? The case still pending and no result from your side.

Therefore, you are kindly requested to look into this synoptically. I am student in Karachi University and internet is my need for education. I have got net connection ptcl broadband but due to fiber damage it has been disconnected from October 7, 2009 I am facing such kind of problem to complete my assignments on daily basis.

The case has been long prolonging Land line NDT, due to Main Cable one year. Line man says also main cable damage, I regret to inform you that I have not get any positive response DE SDO and Line man yet??? The case still pending and no result from your side.

more time complain 1218 and talk to your representative but delay resolve my complain and again new complain registrar to 1218 but but no resolve my complain

PTCL DSL service is very very very poor
Ptcl does not know that what is Dsl and broadband
there is no response from 1218 very busy line all the users must go to PTA and complaint about PTCL.

All PTCL Staff, specially broadband staff must burned alive. They are bastards. have been complaining since last more than a week but no one call me back, no one come to resolve issue. This is really a bullshit department. all are ass holes.

Sir, Although i know that this piece of writing is useless and the authorities of ptcl will not going to take any action on this complain, but to improve my tying speed i decided to write this " my PTCL broadband is not working properly for about a month. i visited their exchange and also called 1236, 1218. but no use, they just give me " GOLI" no work. in the end of month i am going to disconnect my connection and switch to ZONG package. althouhg it is slow but work properly.

If you simply put your phone receiver separate frm cradle that will increase your internet speed.

you know normally we use mobile phones these days so very less chances of phone calls through PTCL. try that tip i am sure u will get good speed.
