Broadband Problem

the problem that i usually face is at-least 1 time in a month must my dsl not running, I have many complains regarding this issue on your help line service but no respond anyone properly.
after that i found last solution that every month i resolve this problem through area line man who take money , but i cant afford this procedure
So, if you help me regarding this issue than tell me otherwise deactivate my dsl.
