PTCL BROADBAND Complaints - Browsing speed low

speed is too low.Am complaining on 1218, nobody is attending and if somebody attends and put us on hold, which is ridiculus

im Aamir frm Karachi: im using PTCL DSL service since last 2 month,im facing many Problem all at time like landline problem,Modem Ploblem etc,now it has worest service as well as if you register ur complain at 1236 or 18,they satisfied u by sending it to concern section,n concern section did not take any action on ur repeated complain,nobody is serious to solve ur problem,even higher authorities also i complain but no body take any action,,,,,if u wanna dsl then plz plz dont select ptcl,it is bullshit service.

so i hav decided to block my DSl Connection as very sooon.
every budy can ask me how is it posible to block this bullshit service.
kiya koi Latter ya phir Application likna hoga aur kis ko likhna hoga S.D.O ya Phir G.M Ko.

Hum ptcl brodband allready use kar rahy ha lakin Browsing speed taqreban 2 week say bohat low ha to is waja say hum bohat pershan ha,hum aap ko request kartay ha k humari parshani ko solve kia jay, aap ki ayaan nawzish hogi.

i have facility of internet DSL but it does not work means its speed is too slow . Few days before its working good but i dnt nw what happend to it.
