I would like to inform me i am using this connection for four month and contiously i am getting complain regarding slow and disconnection problem but still there is not any response by them please let me know what should i do.

in the end if my problem will not solve i have to move from this service please make needfull for me

my download speed is 0-6kb.. I am using PTCL broadband 1mb.

i dont want this service any more.i m fuking tired of registering complaints, pressing 1 or 2 or 3 or 4.......... for registering complaints and holding as well.i say "L" to ptcl. i just simply want to quit broadband.if any one have any ideas of easy way of disconnecting broadband service, do reply me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

My Dear Fellow Countrymen Those who are complaining abt the Downloading speed shud get their facts straight. After buying 1 MB Package you will NEVER EVER get a 1MB Download speed Not even on Day of Judgement. This 1MB Speed they advertise is Average Speed so those who are getting 200KB to 500KB are the luckiest Ones.
And in Peek Times 5pm to 12PM is always Slow and During Weekdays in Day times as well so Speed will automaticall be slowed.
So Learn to live with PTCL they have done a lot I mean a LOT in Comminication sector give than atleast 2 or 3 Years to get their hands on New Technologies afterall this is the 2nd ONLY Institutions After Pak Army which is Working Properly.
