Broadband Dissconnected

My PTCL connection gives me trouble twice in a month, I complained many times but u people did not take any action considering my complain, my PTCL connection is still dead and i have already complained two times regarding this, but no actions to be taken from PTCL.

kindly, fix my problem as soon as possible
