i have ptcl ptcl broadband.. it is dead from 2 months. i reguraly complaining on1218 but still its not solved. kindly solve my problem...

DSL is dead from 27.07.2010 i have ptcl ptcl broadband.. it is dead from 27.07.2010. i reguraly complaining on1218 but still its not solved. kindly solve my problem...
