For one month approx am using PTCL dsl 4MB package 1999 but since its install am never getting full 4 Mb speed the speed going like its dail up connection the commited speed told before installing the said connection never got yet max 512 and minimum 320 kb per second therefore am having net dc problemt too .You are requested to kindly check my phone line stability either its supporting 4 Mb or not or change the concerned wire so that i can get full speed and the 4 MB speed should b permanent one that i can avail in daily use .

I have this problem too you are correct dsl company is very bad company last 15 days I have no response about my problem Damn company damn work and damn advertisement suck DSL company.
last mount i changed my bet speed to convert 4mb convert and this mount my net speed isuued to 1mb how

sir ma ne 2mb karwi hai 2mb tu hu gai hai lakin mera pc pe 1mb sho kara raha hai or ma na ptcl pe bi complain karwi thi waha se bi kuch nah hua plz kuch kariya or speed be ruk ruk k ari hai downloading ma.
