Dear staf of ptcl i would like to inform you about your staff services is not good because when i was order a new dsl internet conection on dated 04/01/2010 butt i found it 01 june after six month and a person come from our area exchange he was give us a used and faulty dsl modem which is not working completly and turn off automaticly so i am requested to you to instruct your staff about those duty responsiblities i hope you act on this request,
