PTCL BROADBAND DSL Complaints - Ptcl Dsl slow speed

thz bcme very slow in downloading and in opning of web pages so kindly check it out

I am very sorry to say that this is one of the worst service in pakistan, God Bless on its customers

my dsl speed is verey slow

meri brodband ki speed bohat slow hai... mere pas SNR margin rate 2.5 or 3.5 itni hi ati hai... 3 months hu gaye complaint karwa karwa k main khud pareshan hu gia hun but 3 months hu gaye abi tak kuye risponse nahi hai ap logon ki taraf se....ju hamare area ka DSL line man hai jis ka name FAIZAN hai use bhi main ne kayen martaba call ki hai wo call karne mana kar deta hai.....

ap logon se ab ye request hai 24 hours main theek karwa dain..

Broad Band is one of the poor service in pakistan, i think it is because of PTCL, as they are unable to provide good service of telephone, telecomunication service, i think this service may terminated or govt should cancelled the licence of PTCL or otherwise

Yesterday i have been provided Ptcl Broadband Dsl 1mbps connection after longtime of waiting,but now its there but i am not setisfied with the speed which have not yet reached more then 0.35 only 35% of 1 mbps as equal as i am using cablenet but i am paying almost double the amount.this is disgusting and moment of shame for ptcl now i am sure that they cheating people over there colorful publicity.i have made almost several calls to there costumer care for settings but nothing have changed .yesterday the guy who installed the modem told me that the speed is slow because the port have not been refreshed so he made the request immediatly at the time and said that it will be fine within few hours now 24 hours gone and i am still waiting hopelessely......!
